PAYMENT TERMS

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

Certified Checks and Money Orders will be accepted but orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

Personal Checks will be accepted but orders will not be processed until checks have cleared which may take up to 10 days.

We do not accept cash or COD.

SHIPPING

We fill all orders within 48 hours of receipt, excluding holidays. All orders are shipped by standard ground shipping through USPS or UPS which may take up to 7 days for delivery. We pay shipping costs on all items shipped within the U.S.A. using standard ground shipping by the most cost effective carrier as we determine at the time of shipping. You may request 2nd Day or Next Day shipping at additional costs as determined by UPS but all shipping charges for expedited delivery services are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES

Please call or email Hook 'n Dry Hangers to report any damage to your hangers during shipment and to make the necessary arrangements to return the hangers. Save all packing materials in which the damaged hangers arrived. In most cases we will have UPS work with you to make arrangements to pick up the damaged hangers at our costs. If you requested shipment through UPS, they insure all shipments against damage in delivery. If your UPS shipment is damaged, save the packing materials and call UPS directly for an inspection and pick up.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns made within 30 days of the original invoice for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must include the original packaging, a copy of the invoice and the undamaged hangers as determined by Hook 'n Dry Hangers. We do not pay shipping charges on returned items.

TAXES

Orders shipped to the State of Texas are subject to state sales tax.
